We are delighted to announce the opening of our new employment office base in Doncaster, marking an exciting step forward in expanding our support for young people and jobseekers across the local community.

Our team is now proudly delivering the Connectability: SEND Youth Hub from our new premises at C-View, located on Church View in central Doncaster. This specialist programme is designed to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to overcome barriers and progress towards education, training, volunteering, or paid employment.

The Connectability SEND Youth Hub offers personalised, one-to-one support, helping individuals build confidence, develop employability skills, and take meaningful steps towards their goals. Participants benefit from tailored action plans, guidance from experienced staff, and opportunities to engage with employers and real-world work environments.

Our Doncaster office brings together two dedicated team members alongside a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Work Coach. This partnership allows us to integrate jobcentre support directly into our Youth Hub, creating a more accessible and joined-up service for those we support.

By delivering this programme from our new base, jobseekers can now access all of their employment support in one place. This removes the need to attend a jobcentre separately, helping to reduce anxiety and create a more comfortable, consistent, and supportive environment.

Through the Connectability SEND Youth Hub, participants receive structured, ongoing support tailored to their individual needs, including help to:

• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Develop key employability skills
• Explore career and education options
• Access work placements and employer opportunities
• Prepare for interviews and secure sustainable employment
