Supporting Young neurodivergent people in South Yorkshire

We are delighted to be launching a new programme called Positive Futures, which is part of the ICB Health and Growth Accelerator programme.

This programme is aimed at anyone who is Neurodivergent, living in South Yorkshire who meets one of the following criteria;

• Periods of absence from education
• Periods of absence from work
• Struggling to access education or work

The programme is a partnership programme between Autism Plus and Speakup, providing individuals with an initial needs assessment and action plan followed by access to a range of interventions including;

• My Work Plan
• A Day in the Life of
• One to One Employment Support
• Action Planning
• Confidence Building
• Travel training
• Support to access social opportunities
• Various other support personalised to your needs

Eligibility 

To be eligible for this programme you must meet the following criteria:

• Live in South Yorkshire area 
• Be between the ages of 16 and 24
• Have a neurodivergent need
• Require support to access employment, education or training
