Specialist Employment Coach – Pathways to Work

We’re currently seeking a Specialist Employment Coach to join our Pathways to Work team in Sheffield. This role will focus on supporting adults with neurodivergent needs, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and move closer to meaningful employment. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive employment and person-centred support.

New Roles Launching Soon – Connect to Work

In January, we’ll be launching our Connect to Work provision in Sheffield, and with it, two brand new opportunities. We’ll soon be advertising for two Supported Employment Coaches who will play a key role in delivering this exciting new service, supporting people into sustainable work and working closely with local employers and partners.

To support the delivery of Connect to Work, we’ll also be recruiting a Data Compliance Administrator. This role will be vital in ensuring high-quality data management, compliance and reporting, helping the service run smoothly and effectively from day one.
