Our assessments can be delivered online or at your place of work. Assessments typically consist of a half day assessment, including meeting with line manager, more detailed one to one meeting with employee, as well as an understanding of the environmental aspects of the workplace.
Following the assessment the employer and employee will receive a detailed report with recommendations for adjustments and ongoing support suggestions.
