Workplace Assessments

We provide specialist workplace assessments for Neurodivergent employees to help identify and recognise ways in which often small, non costly adjustments can be put in place to ensure long term sustainable employment.

Many employers find assessments a useful tool when an employee:

  • Has just started or is recently diagnosed
  • Has recently disclosed a disability that was not previously known by the employer

We work with you to offer expert advice and guidance to ensure that you and your employee are able to move forward positively and productively.

Our assessments can be delivered online or at your place of work. Assessments typically consist of a half day assessment, including meeting with line manager, more detailed one to one meeting with employee, as well as an understanding of the environmental aspects of the workplace.

Following the assessment the employer and employee will receive a detailed report with recommendations for adjustments and ongoing support suggestions.
