• Support to embed inclusive processes and practices, helping businesses make sustainable changes to policies, recruitment, onboarding, communication and day-to-day management.
• Retention support for employers who have staff with health conditions or employees who may be at risk of leaving work.
• Recruitment support to help employers become better equipped to recruit people who are neurodivergent, have health conditions, or have previously been economically inactive.
