Celebrating another year of quality success

We are delighted to tell you all that after our re-assessment this week of the quality standard we have been approved for another year  under the Matrix Quality Standard. The Matrix standard is a quality kitemark around how we as a service deliver information, advice and guidance to those we support.

The assessor was overwhelmed with the impact and quality of our service quoting the following in her report
