We were proud to be part of the first Bridges to Work Expo, an event focused on creating more accessible employment opportunities for SEND individuals across our region.

The expo brought together over 50 employers, local organisations and members of the public, providing a valuable space to connect, share opportunities and explore practical pathways into work. Across the day, more than 500 people attended, making it a strong example of inclusive employment in action.

For our Employment Services team, it was a great opportunity to meet employers, build relationships and support conversations around skills, confidence and progression into meaningful work.

We would like to thank everyone involved for their time and commitment. Events like this highlight the importance of working together to reduce barriers and create more inclusive routes into employment for all.
