The morning focused on strengthening our approach to session planning and quality. Team members shared good practice, explored ways to create engaging and effective sessions, and considered how we can continue to deliver a consistently high-quality service for the people we support.

We also looked ahead to future projects, sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to build on our current work. These discussions helped us develop a clearer sense of our priorities and how we can work together to achieve them.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to team building and collaboration. A range of activities encouraged communication, problem-solving and teamwork, while giving colleagues the opportunity to connect in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
