Exciting Launch: Connect to Work Supported Employment Service in Sheffield

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Connect to Work Supported Employment service, delivered in partnership with Sheffield City Council.

This new service will provide tailored, person-centred employment support for neurodivergent adults across Sheffield, helping individuals to explore work opportunities, develop confidence, and achieve meaningful, sustainable employment.

Working alongside Sheffield City Council, Connect to Work will offer specialist supported employment, focusing on individual strengths, aspirations, and support needs. Our approach recognises that everyone’s journey into work is different, and we are committed to providing flexible, inclusive support every step of the way.

The service will support neurodivergent adults to:

• Identify career goals and employment interests

• Build skills and confidence for the workplace

• Access appropriate job opportunities

• Receive in-work support to help sustain employment

We are incredibly excited to be launching this service and to be working in partnership with Sheffield City Council to improve access to employment and promote inclusive workplaces across the city.
