Autism Plus Specialist Employment Services is now accepting referrals to Connect to Work Hull, a supported employment programme for neurodivergent adults living in the Hull City Council area.

The programme provides intensive, personalised support through the five-stage supported employment model. Participants will work with our team to identify their strengths, skills, goals and aspirations before receiving tailored support to prepare for, secure and sustain suitable employment.

Our support covers every stage of the employment journey, including client engagement, vocational profiling, job finding, employer engagement and on-the-job and off-the-job support. We also work alongside employers to identify appropriate opportunities and provide workplace coaching, mentoring and awareness support where needed.

Referrals are welcomed for individuals who are aged 18 or over, live in the Hull City Council area, have a neurodivergent need and are not currently in employment, education or training. Individuals must also not be accessing another DWP-funded programme.
