As Head of Specialist Employment Services, Suzanne's role is to look after all of our projects. This includes managing strategic development, leadership, growth and financial management. Suzanne has been with the Specialist Employment Team since the beginning and is always seeking new opportunities to sustain the future growth of the service.

Service Manager

Lorien's role oversees the successful day to day running of our Sheffield office, day to day project management and direct line management of the Sheffield team. Lorien also oversees our national programmes, including our Access to Work programme, supporting individuals in the workplace across the UK.

Outreach Manager

Dawn is the Outreach Manager for our employment services overseeing all our community based projects across North Yorkshire, Barnsley, Rotherham, and Wakefield, providing day to day supervision and mentoring support for our remote based teams across the areas. Dawn supports the team to enable unemployed adults across our outreach services into employment.

Fiona's role is to support predominately with our In Work support, leading on enquiries for individuals who are in paid employment and are seeking support through our in work support as well as overseeing applications and support for those moving into paid employment.

Kate

Admin & Data Projects Coordinator

Kate provides admin and data management support for all our projects, working alongside our senior team and colleagues across the service to help with a range of administrative tasks. Kate is also our first point contact for enquiries into the South Yorkshire team, as well as booking in initial appointments for new customers to programmes. Kates role is also to ensure the quality of the data we hold and impact reporting on our data.

Ben

Administrator

Ben provides administration support for all our projects, working alongside our senior team and colleagues across the service to help with a range of administrative tasks. Alicia

Specialist Employment Coach

Alicia works part time on our SEND Youth Hub and part time as a Specialist Employment Coach across various other programmes. Based in our Sheffield central office, providing support either in person at a persons place of work, out in the community or online via video calls. Alicias role on the SEND Youth Hub is to support young adults age 18-24 with all SEND needs in Sheffield.

Our Specialist Employment Coaches role is to support individuals across a range of programmes. Charlotte is remote based covering the North Yorkshire area, out in the community or online via video calls. Charlotte also providers support to individuals who are in work through our Access to Work programme

Emily is working specifically on our Pathways to Work project working with neurodivergent individuals in the Barnsley area. Emilys role is to support individuals aged 16 upwards to overcome barriers and progress towards employment, education or volunteering.

Our coaches also work with employers to help raise awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace.

Margaret is working specifically on our Local Supported Employment Project working with adults with autism and learning disabilities across the Wakefield area. Margarets role is to support individuals to overcome barriers, progress towards employment and sustain employment long term.

Sophie

Specialist Employment Coach

Our Specialist Employment Coaches role is to support individuals across a range of programmes. Sophie is remote based covering the North Yorkshire & York area, out in the community or online via video calls. Sophie also works on our Multiply Project in North Yorkshire supporting adults with autism and other related conditions to improve maths skills.

Terry

Our Specialist Employment Coaches role is to support individuals across a range of programmes. Based in our Sheffield central office, providing support either in person at a persons place of work, out in the community or online via video calls. Our coaches also work with employers to help raise awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace.
