No, our service is based on individual needs. We welcome individuals who have a formal diagnosis but also those who just need a little extra help towards employment but don’t have any diagnosis.
Our support services are available remotely, right across the UK. Our face to face support currently covers South Yorkshire, Wakefield, North Yorkshire. We also offer remote support throughout the UK. However, if you are looking for one off support, training or consultancy then we are able to cover most areas from within the UK. No, our support is focused on individual action plans, our aim is to work with you to identify barriers to employment and support you to overcome these. This could be confidence, self esteem, identifying skills and strengths, securing or identifying work placements / volunteering, identifying courses to aid with skill development as well as employability skills.
