Step Up – North Yorkshire
The aim of the support is to offer short courses / workshops around various topics to support individuals in their journey towards employment.
Support will have a focus on learning new skills and connecting people to longer term support. Our workshops will include
- Numeracy Skills
- Digital Skills
Our Programmes
Below are details of the courses we are running under this programme
On each of the following dates we are running a morning and an afternoon group. Morning groups run from 10am to 12pm and afternoon groups run from 1pm to 3pm – you can attend either but please ensure you contact our team to book your place.
Scarborough ( Bonnet Cafe, 38 Huntress Row, Scarborough, YO11 2EF): Tuesday 5th May 2026 – Tuesday 9th June 2026
Harrogate (Harrogate Library): Tuesday 1st September 2026 – Tuesday 8th September 2026, Tuesday 22nd September – Tuesday 13th October
Northallerton (Northallerton Library): Tuesday16th February 2027 – Tuesday 22nd March 2027

Eligibility
To be eligible for this programme you must meet the following criteria:
- Live in North Yorkshire or York
- Be over the age of 18
- Have a neurodivergent need (formal diagnosis not required)
