We provided training, strategies and guidance to help the business become a disability confident employer, and to help put in place practical supports that are neurodiverse friendly, increasing accessibility for all.
Our trainer met with the senior team initially to discuss their circumstances and it was decided that a site visit for a workplace needs assessment would be beneficial. In this case, the needs assessment would not be focused on an individual employee but focused on the business as a whole.
