Our team supported Kit to look at barriers to employment, this included looking at reasonable adjustments and application forms. We looked at traits of ADHD and identified the ones that Kit identified with and how these might present in a workplace.

Jordan successfully gained a part time role working for Heron Frozen Foods. We are continuing Jordan’s support through Access to Work and Jordan feels this has been beneficial.

Toby is keen to combine his self-employed gardening work with selling his artwork and would also like to look into eco gardening. He would also like to run art sessions at Autism Plus to promote social skills and improve mental health for our clients.
